Remove padding around ImageItem placed inside of a PlotItem

By default there is padding around the image item added to the plot item. How would i remove this padding.

I have tried:

Setting margins and spacing to 0.

Pass padding=0 when adding image item to plot.

None of the above worked.

I does help a little. But it also disables moving the visible area. Which is not necessarily bad.
