Saving and loading QTreeWidget contents

Hi all,
I have just started out learning Python and PyQt. At the moment I have a question with QTreeWidget in which I am unable to find much details online.

Basically I have created a UI using the QT-Designer (please see attached screenshot).
In the given attachment, for example, there are 2 rows of items.
Was wondering if it is possible to save the contents within a QTreeWidget, as well as loading the 'saved' contents into the QTreeWidget?

How do I proceed to do so? Tried searching online but I am unable to find much information about it.
