I had a power outage this night and it seems the VMs have lost some stuff :( Fixing this.

OK, fixed. Actually I had forgotten that the VMs are restored to their latest snapshots when the host reboots, so tox wasn’t installed… I had to remove the Python 3.4 tests on Windows. The virtualenv setup fails with an ImportError when trying to install setuptools. I have no idea how I managed to get it to work the first time :(
