Spillage to Store

Hi,

I am attempting to model a cascade hydro system where situations can occur that spillage in the upstream reservoir will eventually flow into the next reservoir.

How would I go about linking the spillage of the top reservoir/hydro system to the downstream reservoir in addition to the water flows from the generator at this upstream reservoir?
