Hi all,
Many thanks to all contributors who have made PyPSA such a versatile tool.
I am doing capacity expansion planning, with 4-hour resolution for 10 years, and 140 generators (40 candidates).
My generators-p.csv seems to have distinct dispatch for different arrangements of generators in generators.csv (i.e., generators arranged in ascending/descending marginal cost), but among all such ordering of generators the values of p_nom_opt are same.

Is it the case that PyPSA optimizes for capital_costs and then goes for dispatch or optimizes capital_cost and marginal_cost together?
