[pypsa] How to model the interconnection line

Dear Pypsa Community,

There is a certain grid A. This grid is connected to grid B by an interconnection line. When grid A is short of supply, it imports power from grid B at import price C. When grid A is short of demand, it exports power to grid B at export price B. When demand on Grid A is insufficient, it exports power to Grid B at export price D.
I would like to simulate this interconnected line.
