Recently I've been experimenting with a vanilla processing implementation of an ArcBall, that allows smooth rotation of objects in a processing sketch. So I though it would be nice to create a version for pyprocessing. I have published the result at github, and updated the download to include this sketch and the menger sponge from my previous post.

Nice. It is horribly slow on my machine with pyglet 1.2alpha1 and Python 3, so I can't really play with it, but it is much better than my previous experience with pyprocessing 3D, where were almost no experience actually, because without http://mrfeinberg.com/peasycam/ (Java only) it is really hard to get what's going on in the scene.

I've just corrected my ArcBall implementation (there was an error in Quaternion class), so now works much better than before, and I have added new example of usage csplant3.py which demonstrates usage with rotation locked around one axis. Works tolerably well dor me with regular python, and possibly slightly better with pypy (see a previous thread re menger). The updated examples are on github, and I've also updated the zip download.
