pyPreservica 1.0.0

I have released a version 1.0.0 of pyPreservica which supports Preservica v6.3.

This version should also be compatible with python 3.7/3.8/3.9

It does not contain too much new functionality but it does have support for the new capabilities around replacing content objects. (i.e digitization re-scans), exporting DIPS in OPEX format and reading information from the PAR registry.

I have done  work on the documentation to improve it and add more low level API information on each call.
