Issue about function "makeYbus"

Hi, I have an issue with the function "makeYbus".

I used "makeYbus" to get the admittance matrix of case30, but couldn't get any values due to the error as shown below.

Maybe this happens because bus idx starts with integer "1", not "0".

I wonder if my thinking is wrong or if there is a problem with function "makeYbus".
