New feature: Fork this article

Hello,

I 've added a new essential feature on PyPedia. On top of every article there is a "Fork this article" button.

With this, you can fork an article and create a personalized copy. For more: http://www.pypedia.com/index.php/Pypedia:Documentation#Forking_an_article
