new version of setup.py

I've fixed some of the issues with setup.py on Windows systems. Where
can i upload the changes.

Thanks heaps for fixing the Windows setup and for getting back to me on that.

Pypar is hosted on
http://code.google.com/p/pypar/

so I can give SVN access or you can just email me the updated files and I'll do it on your behalf (with due credit, of course).

I’ll have a more serious investigation on Tuesday.  Happy Canberra Day!  At the moment I’m concentrating on getting shelve objects sent around using pypar.
