Twine 2.0 released

I'm pleased to announce the release of Twine 2.0, which drops support for Python 3.5 and earlier, including 2.7, streamlining development and enabling use of new features from Python 3.6.

It's expected that this change may have some impact on users not using pip 9 (or later), but for the most part should go unnoticed.

Enjoy the Python 3 only version of Twine!
