_sqlite3 module issues in Windows 10

Hi all, I'm having trouble making the windows pyox process work for a library. The main issue is related to the fact that the library has to be compiled and can't find sqlite3.h.

On other platorms, just installing libsqlite3-dev does the trick, but I have a lot less experience with Windows platforms, and couldn't make it work properly.

If anyone has any experience with this, I'd really appreciate some pointers, it would help me a lot.
