I have tagged and released PyOxidizer 0.9.

It's worth calling out that it is now possible to get packages like NumPy working with this release. But the mechanism used for doing so ("files mode") effectively disables a lot of the advantages of PyOxidizer (single file executables, loading resources from memory). I consider "files mode" to be a minimum viable product/feature at this stage. Look for improvements (such as the ability to leverage "files mode" with a single file executable) in future releases. In the meantime, hopefully the new package compatibility results in more people taking an interest in PyOxidizer.
