Discord Server, Malwares and Decompiling

I have a few questions to begin with,
1. Is there a official/unofficial discord server?
2. I am hoping to replace Nuitka with PyOxy, is it equally as difficult to decompile? I am hoping to protect my source code
3. Similiar to other compilers like PyInstaller and Nuitka, does PyOxidizer get marked as malware by windows malware scanners?
