Examples?

Hi!

First, thank you so much for this project - it's going to solve a great need for us. One of the things that I'm running into, however, is that the default on MacOS M1 doesn't work.

I'm _assuming_ that this is because it's pulling in the wrong Python distribution, which makes sense. But it'd be great for regular users such that a) the default works with no changes and b) that there was a fully fleshed out hello-world repo. 

Are there any public examples of pyoxidizer projects that we can link to?

How exactly does it not work on macOS M1? I have an M1 machine at home and am able to produce working binaries from it. Could you please file a GitHub issue with the technical details?

As for lack of examples, yes, more examples in the repo and in the docs would be useful. In the meantime, a GitHub search for pyoxidizer.bzl is effective at finding real-world uses. https://github.com/search?q=filename%3Apyoxidizer.bzl&type=Code&ref=advsearch&l=&l=
