I'm new to PyOxidizer.   I installed the latest release on 2 different platforms, attempted to run the documented example 'pyapp', and this example failed to execute successfully.   The errors were the same "thread 'main' panicked at 'already borrowed: Borrowed' ... starlark-0.3.1/src/values/mod.rs:1347:23".  The platforms I tried to evaluate PyOxidizer on were macOS (building 64 bit apps) and Windows 10 (building 32 bit apps).

It looks like I shipped a non-working 0.10 release. Oops. I've yanked the release from crates.io. I'll try to publish a 0.10.1 this week. In the mean time, `cargo install pyoxidizer` should install 0.9. Or `cargo install --version 0.9.0 pyoxidizer` if you already installed 0.10.0.
