IPOPT HSL Solver

Hello All,

Pls does anyone know how to install HSL Solvers for windows 11?

I have downloaded it but can't seem to install it.

I've checked various resources, but nothing really makes sense.

A couple of years ago I struggled a lot with the documentation for installing on Windows 10 (after having an easier time with Linux) and eventually used binaries, which only worked on 32-bit Python.

Last year, I tried following the updated documentation and it all worked fine on a new Windows 10 PC:

I would expect Windows 11 to allow for easier installation given its new features, but I have had no experience so far.

Have you installed HSL solvers on Windows 10 or any other platform previously?
What kind of issues are you facing currently?
