Hi All,
Sorry for the late notice but we need to cut a minor Pyomo/PyUtilib release this week in support of the next IDAES release (scheduled for Thursday). If there are any last PRs or changes you want included in this release please document them in this email thread. We’re aiming to finalize the Pyomo/PyUtilib release on Wednesday (5/1).
Bethany
As an opening proposal:
I believe the other open PR’s are either WIP, waiting for changes, or require more discussion.

Subject: RE: [EXTERNAL] Pyomo release this week
As an opening proposal:
o PR #943 (deprecate bilevel)
o PR #968 (Exceptions and memory management in MC++) should be stable and innocuous enough to include (plus it fixes significant problems encountered with the existing MC++ interface)
o PR #970 (time limits in GDPopt)
o PR (TBD) to fix the “Pyomo install-extras” command
o PR #971 (MOSEK interface)
Gabe,
What do we need to get MOSEK installed? Can you point me to the installers / code / whatnot, as well as the licensing information?

I think we can get the Mosek PR in without issue. I’ll make the required changes if they don’t do it in time.
Can someone from Sandia get Mosek set up on Jenkins? I can confirm the plugin works (with the minor fixes I requested), so getting testing set up shouldn’t hold up the PR or release.
