Hi everyone, I want to stream my pc to Philips TV. I'm connecting my wireless Xbox 360 adapter to TV and using xbox360 controller. I was able to play with it just using Moonlight/Steam BP. But using only Moonlight is a bit hard for non-steam games or games that nvidia shield couldn't detect.

So i discovered Playnite. Now, I have Moonlight on TV; sunshine and playnite on PC. My controller is working on Moonlight UI, TV menus etc. but when i run Playnite (in fullscreen mode), it stops working. When i connected it to directly to PC, there's no problem for fullscreen Playnite.

Edit(Solved): Well, actually this was not about playnite. I deleted a program named "Vigem Bus Driver" while not knowing it was a driver related to sunshine xD I reinstalled it and controller works =D

Hi all, I am brand new here so forgive my ignorance. I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of my CSL DD which I will be using with an Xbox Series X for the time being. I know I have to use the driver to update the firmware, but is the software useful for anything else if I am going to be using an Xbox? In other words, if I adjust anything in the tuning menu or create presets, will they "work" with Xbox? Or will all of my wheel tuning be done in-game? Thanks for any info in advance!

up to 5 different setups can be saved on the wheelbase, so if you change something on the fly within the tuning menu it immediately effects the FFB of the CSL DD. This doesn't depend on the plattform you are using .

I was able to make a cinematic cameras menu using steam input, but the steam version of DCS is not required for the tool. When using my tool you can tap once then press down on the d pad of your xbox controller for the camera menu to appear. If you select an option from the camera menu, the tool will switch to that camera and automatically switch the control scheme of the Xbox controller to best manipulate that specific camera type. You should theoretically be able to create a DCS cinematic video without having to the touch keyboard with my tool.

It's awesome, but the "Filming" option doesn't appear in my list, even though I have enabled "Show all...". I am using an Xbox One controller, and I have also tried installing the extended feature support driver.

Turn on steam big picture mode. Then launch your DCS. While in game press shift tab then open controller options, then re apply my layout. See if the menu appears now. I'm thinking your steam some how now never applied the layout even though you told it to. I remember this happened to me one time but I thought it was a fluke, I had to run it in big picture mode then it seemed to work just fine from then on.

My main things I wanted was to hit Select and Start (a combo that is very rare to use in games), to exit RetroArch cleanly. Then I wanted to use the ORB on a Xbox 360 controller just to access the menu, so I can save.

No, once you enable the toggle hotkey, ALL hotkeys only work when that toggle is held. You could disable that and exit cleanly by pressing the orb to bring up the menu, backing out the main menu and scrolling down to quit. Or run a keymapper (AntiMicro, Xpadder, ect.) in the background with a select + start key combo setup that presses the Esc key.

Hello,
After exprole the horizon update my controller (MS Xbox controller, gen9) is not working properly in Forza horizon 5 (steam version) menus. Its impossible to navigate in menu since right stick, left stick, arrows, triggers and buttons are overresponding. Slightest touch in menu sends me couple of pages/cars etc. I have had this same problem couple of updates ago too, but it fixed itself after next update so I moved on.

Having the same issue now on PC. Just started doing it. Only thing that changed was the update.
Having to use my mouse to navigate menus, I can only imagine having it on Xbox, games literally unplayable at that point.

I'm just wondering if there's a way to stop an XBox controller from opening the menus in the oculus homes on a Rift S? I was trying to play a game on a big screen in one of my homes, but any time I pressed back or start it would just open the home's menu, which while not a huge deal did get annoying after a second.

If these steps do not work, we can try to reboot the headset by: turn off the headset. > Hold the Power and Volume Down buttons together until the menu loads. > Use the Volume Buttons to highlight Boot Device and press the Power Button. If you have any other questions or concerns don't hesitate to reach out to us.

My issue isn't with pairing the controller. The controller ultimately works, however my issue is that when I press start or back on the controller while playing a game on a screen in my Oculus home, it opens the Oculus home inventory menu as well as the normal action of the buttons in said game. I'm more or less just wondering if I can make the buttons on the controller not interact with the home menus.

Hey there TheeDeath! It appears that you are having some issues with some of your controller buttons interacting with your home menu, we'd love to help you out with this! Which is why we want you to check out our Ideas Section of the Forum and share some feedback here. We look forward to hearing some of your suggestions!

If none of the other answers work for you, I found a definitive solution to this maddeningly dumb issue.Note: I'm translating this from my native language, there might be discrepancies in the menus' names.

Mandatory rant:
TBH it's borderline unacceptable from Microsoft that there isn't an accessible toggle for this one particular thing on Windows. Due to a crappy USB cable, my controller would frequently disconnect while playing, causing the driver or whatever to choke on the input, and next thing I know I can't browse ANY of Windows' Metro apps, including the start menu, the Settings app, and just about all sorts of basic functionality: they just start behaving as if I had the Tab key or an arrow key pressed down.
I had tried everything prior to this, only a reboot would fix it. Pretty stupid behaviour IMHO.

Same Problem here with 8BitDo Ultimate Controller (2.4 Ghz Wireless).
in the menu, when you switch from keyboard input to controller, you see the button labels change to xbox controller, but no input possible except via keyboard.
Like to mention in steam no problems at all.

Microsoft has introduced a new accessibility menu for the Xbox app on PC. The Xbox app accessibility settings menu serves as an easy to find location for all of the accessibility settings for the app itself. Beyond these settings it also provides shortcuts to relevant settings elsewhere on the system. Microsoft shared an animated Youtube video explaining the menu on their MSFTEnable Twitter and other social channels.

In its current form, the Xbox app accessibility settings menu has two segments. The first is titled Audio and Visuals and contains four settings. Two of the settings previously existed in the app; Show themes on profiles, and Show video preview on hover. The newly added settings are; Disable background images and Disable animations. These options are all meant to provide a less distracting or overwhelming experience within the Xbox app on PC.

The video also references the Accessibility controls for Xbox on Windows page. That page explains where certain settings may have an effect. It does not seem to include the accessibility settings found in the new menu yet. But weirdly it references two accessibility settings that are available in the Cloud Gaming menu. I expect those to be moved to the new menu in the future, and the page to be updated soon.

Closing off the accessibility menu of the Xbox app on PC is a link to the Xbox Accessible gaming support page. That support page covers many accessibility topics for both Xbox and Windows. A great starting point for everyone looking to make their experience on Xbox more accessible.

As the number of accessibility options in games and apps increase, it becomes more difficult for players to find the options they need. A central accessibility menu like this, linking to other relevant settings on the system, is sure to make them easier to find. Especially when, perhaps in the future, the other interconnected menus and apps refer to each other as well.

The game loads to the menu and all the buttons on the controller work except the A button so I can't select anything. Controller works on Xbox menu and other games. Tried other controller, same issues. Tried holding down power button to shut down and unplugging console for a few hours, same. Reinstalled the game (twice), same

After desoldering and removing both analog sticks, the problem persists - it constantly scrolls upwards in menus. I'm thinking the problem may be with the D-Pad buttons on the bottom motherboard. I don't think those can be replaced, short of replacing the entire bottom motherboard.
