Python versions for Pyo

Hi all,

The docs say: " Python supported version are 2.7 (up to 1.0.1), 3.5 (up to 1.0.1), 3.6, 3.7 and 3.8."

I think this needs updating? I successfully built pyo against 3.11.0rc1, via:

pip install pyo

inside the context of that environment....admittedly, though, I wasn't able (yet) to grab wxpython, so the GUI isn't functional yet.
