New version of PyNeb (1.1.14) compatible with Chianti 10.0

We are pleased to announce a new version of PyNeb (1.1.14) compatible with Chianti database version 10.0.

If you want to use Chianti database, you need to download it by yourself (https://www.chiantidatabase.org/chianti.html), unpack it somewhere and let the environment variable XUVTOP point to the corresponding directory.
