release 1.1.26: new HeI atomic data

Hi PyNeb Community,

We are glad to announce a new version (1.1.26) of PyNeb that includes new atomic data for the recombination of HeI. The updates are the following:

• Add atomic data for HeI recombinations from Del Zanna & Storey 2022. A total of 1034 lines are available using this atomic data reference.
• In atomic_data_fits, a new directory HeI_Zanna contains the original data from the journal, as well as a python script used to produce to 2 files needed by PyNeb: he_i_rec_DZS22.hdf5 and he_i_rec_DZS22_levels.csv
• A new method getDZN22Level_from_wl is added to pn.atomicData to look for the label(s) corresponding to a given wavelength.
• A new Notebook use_HeI_DZS22.ipynb is added to the docs/Notebooks directory to show the use of this method. The Notebook is available here: https://github.com/Morisset/PyNeb_devel/blob/master/docs/Notebooks/use_HeI_DZS22.ipynb
