Can a simple multiple isotope decay be done using PYNE assuming flux=0? Case is waste with 5-10 isotopes sitting in storage for years.

Bob,
The Material decay() method is recommended for this I believe:
https://github.com/pyne/pyne/issues/1223
http://pyne.io/pyapi/material.html#pyne.material.Material.decay
If your data on the waste is in activities rather than masses, you can use the from_activity() function to setup the Material.
Best wishes,
Alex
