the Pynac repo and the web pages have now been moved to github.

I would like to ask Burcin to point the pynac.org DNS to:

http://pynac.github.io/pynac/

The remaining tasks include

* move all issues

* move unapplied patches

Done. See http://pynac.org.

Note that I moved the gh-pages branch of the pynac repository to a new
pynac.github.io repository under the same account.
