I can't work with db in python

Hello, I can't work with DB in python. I'm sure there is something I'm doing wrong. I install several times python with Django and PyMySQL on different pcs, with different Windows versions and I have the same problem.

When I put in the  __init__.py in my project I have this problem in Visual Studio Code and I can´t save the file or execute the project:

I have installed:

- Windows 10

- Asgiref 3.5.2

- Django 4.0.6

- Mysql-connector-python 8.0.30

- MySQL client 2.1.1

- pip 22.3

- protobuf 3.20.1

- PyMySQL 1.0.2

- setuptools58.1.0

- sqlparse 0.4.2

- tzdata 2022.1

- xampp v3.3.0

- Visual studio code 1.72.2

- MySQL 8.0

I do not know what else to do
