Configure lambda for python 3.8 || pymssql 2.1.5

Hi Everyone ,
I am able to run the lambda function using pymssql2.1.3 version in python 3.6. But now I have to create the lambda function for python 3.8 version. I have installed the pymssql2.1.5 and extracted the files. But its not working and throwing error unable to find module pymssql. In 3.6 version I am using pymssql.so files to run the lambda. Please, anyone have any idea to run pymssql in 3.8 version. TIA
