Pympler0.1 RC1

Hi guys,

Now that all release-critical issues have been dealt with, I've created
a branch and a tag for version 0.1 and the first release candidate
respectively. Please use the tagged version to test the release on
different platforms as described in the Wiki [1]. Please do not commit
to the svn-tags (using http to check out does not support commits so
it's best to use it instead of https). If there are problems that must
be fixed, it should be done in the trunk *and* in branches/0.1. We can
discuss how to do this effectively if we have to. (AFAIK, Google Code
still uses Subversion 1.4, so merging support is somewhat limited for now.)

If you test on other platforms, feel free to add rows to the test matrix.
