Hi everyone,

Every year the Nerdery Interactive Labs hosts the Overnight Website Challenge, www.overnightwebsitechallenge.com, a rare opportunity for web pros to volunteer their time and talent toward building new websites for nonprofit orgs in 24 hours. The application deadline for volunteer teams (and individuals glomming onto short-handed teams) is January 8. So, if you’ve not yet made plans for the weekend of March 20-21 and have a hankering to help nonprofits do what they do better with a website of your making, this is perhaps your only opportunity to do such a thing.

During the first two years of this annual event, volunteers from The Nerdery and the Twin Cities interactive web development community at-large have donated well over half-a-million dollars worth of professional services to 23 Minnesota nonprofits. Check out who’s coming: http://www.overnightwebsitechallenge.com/teams. Notice in particular the official Pymntos team.

Put your band together: http://blog.nerdery.com/2009/12/band-aid-–-pollywog-stew-challenges-you/

Thanks,
John

Also, we can change the details of the Python team if people want to change/update the description or anything.
