First ever PyMalta (web/devops/etc) meetup

I'm working (somewhat) hard on trying to organize a meetup for us Maltese python/web developers. So far we have 1 talk planned (still working on it!), a space and publicity (sponsored by ICE Malta) and a possible date around February/March.

We're in a dire need for talks/presentations. The content can be anything you like which relates to technology, python, web development or related work. It can feature a tutorial or "first impressions" of some package, your experiences writing some application, your opinion on a topic, work methodologies, ethics, etc. Really anything goes. We'll try to be as flexible and accommodating as our audience requires.

Update: we have done 5 Meetups in 2017, and started this year strong with 2 events (a challenge event & 1st pyladies workshop event)
