[patch] Beaker region_invalidate() problem

Greetings Pyloneers,
please find a patch for beaker on my bitbucket repo:

My previous fix was to allow invalidation when no args were passed to
the cache_region() decorator. However, it broke invalidation when
args were passed to the decorator. The current patch fixes both
cases. Both cases are also covered by unittests:
test_check_invalidate_region and and test_check_invalidate_region_2.
The later should probably be renamed to
test_check_invalidate_region_no_args unless you find that it's too
long and that doc strings should be prefered.
