I've got a patch I'd like to submit for Beaker, but I can't figure out where I should send it...
can anyone point me to the appropriate beaker development list / email address / website?

You can fork the Beaker repo at bitbucket:
https://bitbucket.org/bbangert/beaker/overview/

When you have new changes to your fork that I should pull, just make a
pull request.
