Waitress 1.2.1

Hey all,

I just released a new version of waitress, version 1.2.1. This fixes a bug with the way IPv6 addresses were represented in REMOTE_ADDR if you are using Waitress's new proxy header support (specifically X-Forwarded-For and Forwarded).

If you were not using that support, there are no other new changes.
