Hi,

I'm trying to analyze an ACR analysis for my MRI data using Pylinac, but I can't get it to run.

I made sure the first slice contained no bubbles and that the top left circle was visible, but It's still no working

Thanks for your help,

Error: RuntimeError:Could not determine the roll of the phantom. Ensure the 20mm top-left circle is visible on Slice 1

Hi,
did you test all tips from the troubleshooting section in the documentation already?

If not, sharing some images often helped finding a solution (well helped james)

Thank you for your answer,

I did check the troubleshooting first. The phantom I'm using has the new grid on the slice #5 design so I thought maybe that's why it wouldn't work. I've included the documentation from the ACR website.

Here's an exemple of the first slice. No bubbles are present, and roll of the phantom was checked before scanning with the supplied level.
