I scanned my CT this month for the annual HU verification.  I borrowed the Ti plug (had not done in a couple years and last time I had it was not using Pylinac).  Plug 8 was the Ti.  As you can see the program just uses the normal size plug to analyze and I got a results with a large SD.

I just measured with tools on CT and in TPS.  Just thought I point it out for others.

Hi Stephen,

the analyze function has an option that lets you scale the roi size:
That way you can adjust for the thinner Ti rod.

If you only want to use the small roi diameter for the Ti you have the option to define your own Phantom with roi diameters for each individual insert:
