SNC kV-QA Planar Imaging Results - make sense?

I recently tried out the SNC_kv planar imaging.

I'm trying to make sense of the results.

Do these results make sense?

The ROI#s might be jumped as I'm not sure which way the phantom is suppose to face (or if that matters) 

And compared to demo the one side with the small spots is 180 from it.

when comparing your image to the one in the documentation, it seems your phantom is not oriented in the same way:
