HU Values in cheese phantom analysis

Hi,

I was wondering - are the median values for HU rounded somewhere?

I wanted to sharpen the pencil a bit and get one more significant digit.

I revised the format of the result from ".1f" to ".2f" but find the result still either .00 or .50.

Hi,

the relevant base class here is the DiskROI (https://pylinac.readthedocs.io/en/latest/_modules/pylinac/core/roi.html#DiskROI) which seems to not round by itself. So editing the results function to show .2f should work.

Since HU are integer values, having two digits for the mean is not really useful btw.

Thanks.  So because it's looking at median - it is grabbing only existing HU so it isn't actually rounded anywhere - this is why 1f and 2f don't yield any data

Athough not sure when I get the occasionaly 0.5.  My constancy tolerance is 5 HU so every little helps but since this is a median value - no value obtaining tenth decimal place (since they don't exist).
