Showing weights for autoencoders

Hi,

I am working on adding this feature.  Before I do, is anyone else working on it?  

My plan is the following:

- return a list of get_weights() responses of size N where N is the number of layers

- when displaying he weights in the patch viewer, I will have them display one at a time.

- Optionally I wouuld like the patch viewer to simply write out a PNG file of each layer.

How does this sound?
