Progress bar not showing up in jupyter-lab

An inconvenience: The progress bar of obe only appears in jupyter-notebook. In jupyter-lab, there is no progress bar but a lot of empty lines appearing slowly. - Sheng-wey

Hi Sheng-wey,

 

I cannot replicate this behavior.  I use Jupyter-lab all the time and progress bars appear normally.  Are you using Anaconda for your python distro?  If so, what version?  And what platform?

 

For me, I use Anaconda 2020.02 or macOS 10.15+ and windows 10, and I have not seen this issue.
