Hi,

I would like to play with PyLayers. In this context, I tried to find references on the methods used in PyLayers, especially the algebraic and robust geometric localization algorithms. These are hard to find in the documantation. Can anyone give me references for the following keywords mentioned on the website? Thanks for your time.

• Exploiting Multi Path Components (MPC) for positioning
• Cooperative Positioning
• Robust Geometric Positioning Algorithm (RGPA)

Dear Georg,

First of all, I'd like to clarify a bit: For now, the proposed localization algorithms do not exploit MPC and cooperation. About cooperation, there is an attempt in the mobility simulation (simulnet) for simulating the sharing of estimated position between nodes, but the localization algorithms are not cooperative themself. By the way, there is also an attempt for implementing a cooperative localization algorithm, but it is still on an un-committed branch.  

However, the documentation of localization algorithms are currently a work in progress.
