Hello,

Like I already mentioned I'm planning to use PyLayers in a research project I'm involved in. We're focused indoor localization and for that we want to play with radio propagation simulator. I went through INSTALL step by step and successfully installed PyLayers. Unfortunately I'm unable to start PyLayers. What's worse log generated by "./run-tests" is not very helpful. I'm running Ubuntu 15.04.

Maybe my distribution is "to fresh"? Or maybe you have an virtual machine with running PyLayers installation? I'll appreciate any hints how to run PyLayers.

BR,
Tomasz

Hello Tomasz,

Thank you for the interest you have in using PyLayers.

Your post reminds me that I have to clean quite a lot of things for pylayers
can become really user friendly.

The test is running an old version of the code which is not maintained anymore.

I have to write a getting start.
