The Release 0.2 of Pylayers is out

Dear current and future PyLayers  users,

A new release 0.2 of PyLayers is out.

The Main new feature added is the multi sub-segment description.

The old .ini format is no longer supported

From this version the code should be released with a test suite. This test suite is at that poin minimal 

but the coverage should increase in the next few week. 

To check the code is functional type : 

make test-code
