pylast get user information

Is it possible to use pylast to get a users information such as
location? I'd like to create a visualization showing a user's
neighbors on a map, but am unable to get this information.. I see i
can get it from authenticated user but not by specifying any user..

any help would be appreciated

As far as I know, the only information about a user's location Last.fm
stores is their country and time zone, so I don't think it is
currently possible to do what you are asking.
