Looking for an experienced Python developer

We're looking for a very senior Python developer to join our team at Tango.

What is Tango?

Tango is a unique mix between a digital agency and a startup. That means we have our own products such as Talixo (http://talixo.de/, a ground tranportation booking platform and fleet management solution working with Samsung, McDonalds and 1000+ other companies), we also develop the biggest fitness community in Poland.

We also work for clients from all around the world, always focusing on projects that have real-world impact and growth potential.

Who are we looking for?

Do you have experience in launching and maintaining large scale projects? (think xxx,000-x0M users - currently there are over 20k drivers worldwide using our solutions). Used to working in a dynamic team, doing pair programming and code reviews, planning sprints for other developers, training (with) them in new technologies, writing quality code?

90% of our projects are Django-based so that is a must. Instead of deep-backend developers we're rather looking for people who can help us efficiently deliver quality products to our customers. We obviously have frontend and infrastructure teams, but we definitely appreciate people with the same attitude as ours - in the end, what the final user sees is a mix between all of those and you need to be comfortable with those as well to some degree.
