Creating KRB file

Hi Guys

I'm going to create a bank loan system to see if the end user is qualify for getting the specific loan or not using , let's say , 20 questions.

after asking 20 question , the end user will be responded.

for instance

 1)Plz indicate your type ** Indivisual(1) Or Organization(2)? 

 2)Plz Specify How old you are?

 3)what is your credit score? 

and so on.

I have no idea ow to store those values and send it to krb file to examine as well as how to define my krb file itself
