PyISAPIe Visual Studio 2012 Complete Self-Build Solution Package for VC programmers

To support the programmers who want to build their own PyISAPIe DLL in Visual Studio 2012 for Python 2.7.3,  I uploaded a complete Build Package with all required files.

I hope this won't conflict with anyone's Copyright, if so please contact me and I'll remove it asap.

As I use Syntevo SmartGIT which doesn't produce the folder structure needed for the prebuild command (subwcrev)

I unpacked the latest binaries from TortoiseSVN to grab the sources via command line without the need to install TortoiseSVN on my box, don't like the Explorer integration.

Maybe you have to add the path to the folder to your system path variable.

This RAR file contains everything READY-TO-GO inclusive the Python 2.7.3 folder+binaries.

Thanks for the RAR. I tried to build it on Windows 2012 server, but it seems to be missing many system dlls, which seems to be a problem on Windows 8.x and 2012.

I do have a couple of questions if you don't mind:

1. Is this handler only Win32?

2. Any idea where these are referenced? I have all the VS 2008, 2010 and 2012 redistributable packages installed, for x32 and x64.
