Linux/Python 2.6: PyInstaller (trunk rev. 645) chokes on windows CRLF in rthooks.dat

If I change CRLF to LF in rthooks.dat everything is fine. Other than
that, PyInstaller is coming along nicely :)

rthooks.dat is marked with eol-style native in Subversion. If you check
it out from Subversion under Linux, it should have Linux newslines. So I
assume you're using a Windows checkout under Linux.

Anyway, it's easy enough to fix it and I did it in r646.

Ah, my bad - yes, I actually checked out under Windows and copied the
files over. But thanks for changing it.
