pyinstaller (auto-py-to-exe) error: Project output will not be moved to output folder!

When I want to convert a python file to exe (using auto-py-to-exe), these errors are shown to me:

This is a known issue. It has been fixed on this branch but it’s not been merged into PyInstaller yet. Until then, you can fix it by monkey-patching your own source code.
