pyinstall does not scrape all imports to exe

Hi,

i got code that works ok when ran with python3, but when doing executable binary, pyinstall -F theprogram.py does not take everything in, and when ran, the working direcroty must be same one as the python ran. How do i force pyinstaller to scrape everything in the bundle ?

I did a spec file with https://pyinstaller.readthedocs.io/en/v3.3.1/spec-files.html#multipackage-bundles
