Problem packaging EvinceView and EvinceDocument

I've got a Gtk3 app that uses Evince to help view PDF files.  Evince is in the same gi repository as Gtk.  It all works fine in the development environment.  However, the packaged app gives the following error:

gi.repository.GLib.GError: ev-document-error-quark: File type Text Document (text/plain) is not supported (0)

I found a couple of DLLs that seem to be related to EvinceView and EvinceDocument.  I copied those to the package, but that had no effect on the error.

If anyone has any insight on how to properly package, please let me know.
